Welcome to Yellow ArtMakers. These terms apply when you use yellowartmakers.com or place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

  1. About us

Yellow ArtMakers sells candle-making raw materials, moulds, accessories, handmade candles and gift hampers. We are based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

  1. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details.

  1. Product information

We try to show and describe every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes and weights of moulds, jars and other items are approximate. Product photos are for reference, and finished candles shown with moulds are examples of what can be made.

  1. Using our products safely

Candle making involves hot wax and open flame. Please follow safe practices, keep materials away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Fragrance oils and candle colours are for candle making only and are not for use on skin or for consumption. Results depend on your own method and materials, so we cannot guarantee the outcome of candles you make.

  1. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Shipping charges, processing time and delivery time are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and delays by the courier are outside our control.

  1. Returns, replacements and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please record a full opening video of the parcel and contact us as described in that policy.

  1. Bulk and custom orders

Bulk, corporate and customised orders are confirmed separately in writing, including price, quantity and timeline. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

  1. Website content

The text, images, logo and designs on this website belong to Yellow ArtMakers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by misuse of a product.

  1. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
